How to use CrazyTel

It's easy!

CrazyTel is easy to use, there is only one access number to remember for all destinations. You will not receive a telephone bill from us; your call charges will simply appear on your provider telephone bill.

You can use CrazyTel from both landlines and mobiles. You completely control the amount you want to spend on your telephone calls.

How it works

1. Dial the £1 Charge number 0904 971 0971.
2. Once connected you will hear a voice prompt announcing:
   
   Welcome. To recharge the number you are calling from press 1. To recharge another number press 2.
   If 1 is pressed you will hear the prompt saying:
   
   The number you are calling from has been recharged by £1.
   If 2 is pressed, the system will ask you to enter the number you would like to recharge. You will need to enter the full number, including area code.
3. Dial the access number 0208 497 0971 from the recharged telephone to make your calls. When prompted to enter your destination number, dial:
   00 + Country Code + Number

Important!

If calling from a mobile do not press 'send' after your international number.

Please note that you can only charge each number 5 times per day.
