Customer terms and conditions

1. Always have the bill payer’s permission first.
2. All prices include VAT.
3. Cost of calls to the 090 recharge number cost £1 per call plus network extras. £1 will be credited onto the landline or mobile number which you choose to credit.
4. To prevent potential fraud, your phone may only credit a total of £3 per day across three different numbers and receive credit up to a total value of £3 per day. Please call 08700414789 for refund as you will still be charged for calls made to the 090 number when you have reached your daily limit.
5. Call will be disconnected when credit is finished and you will need to dial the 090 number again to recharge your account.
6. Service is available 24/7.
7. Calls to the 020 access number will be charged at your standard landline or mobile rate to a landline, or may be used as part of your inclusive or bundle minutes (check with your network operator). Calls to the 020 access number are billed per second by BT (check with other operators). Calls to your destination are billed per minute (these rates are in pence per minute).
8. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Charges apply from the moment of connection to Auracall. The charge is incurred even if the destination number is engaged or the call is not answered. Therefore we advise to replace the handset after a short period if the calls are engaged or unanswered.
9. Connection fee of between 4p and 10p applies when the call abroad is connected.
